The "weeds" are a curly twisted pasta. I used penne pasta because that is what I had in the pantry. The sauce for this dish consisted of olive oil, unsalted butter, onion, tomato paste, white wine and milk.

Nick, Kirin and Becca thought the penne was perfect. This dish was easy to make and it is a definite do-over!! I also like Becca's T-shirt!!
